At Convict, every item is made to order through our print-on-demand partners, which means your gear is created just for you. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship across Australia.

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, Canada & the United States.

Note: Free shipping on orders over $200AUD applies to Australian shipping addresses only. All other countries, we charge a flat rate of $25.00AUD for shipping on all orders.

All orders are processed and sent for production withinย 1โ€“3 business days.

Because our products are made to order, manufacturing timeframes can vary depending on our print-on-demand (POD) partners.

All orders are shipped usingย Printfulโ€™s carrier network, which may include a range of reputable domestic carriers.

Shipping methods and carriers may vary based on product type, fulfilment centre, and your location.

Australia Only:

  • Flat rate:ย $15 for all orders under $200

  • Free shipping:ย Orders over $200

International shipments

  • Flat rate:ย $25AUD for all orders

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout.

Delivery times can vary depending on POD fulfilment and carrier performance.
Because all items are made to order, some orders may experience longer fulfilment and transit times.

  • Standard shipping:ย Delivery can takeย up to 20+ daysย in some cases, depending on product type and where it is fulfilled.

  • Express shipping is not currently available.

Please note: These timeframes are estimates only and may be impacted by seasonal delays, fulfilment demand, or carrier issues.

All orders includeย tracking, which will be emailed to you as soon as your order has shipped.

Tracking information is provided directly by our POD partners.

If your parcel is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed:

  1. Contact the carrier firstย using your tracking details.

  2. If the carrier cannot resolve the issue,ย contact usย and weโ€™ll assist from there.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-delivery or refund options will be handledย case by case.
