At Convict SW, every product is made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Because items are produced specifically for each customer, we operate under the policy outlined below.


๐Ÿงพ Change of Mind

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Deciding you no longer want the item

Please check sizing charts carefully before ordering.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Incorrect, Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or significantly different from what you ordered, we will replace or refund it.

What you need to do

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at convictsw@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the fault

Our team will assess the issue and lodge a replacement with our fulfilment partners if approved.


๐Ÿ“ฎ Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

If an order is returned due to:

  • An incorrect delivery address

  • An incomplete address

  • The parcel being unclaimed

Re-shipment or refund options will be handled case by case.
Additional shipping costs may apply.


๐Ÿ” Exchanges

Because our items are made to order, we are unable to offer direct exchanges unless the product was delivered with a manufacturing or printing issue.

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


๐Ÿ’ณ Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • A replacement is not possible due to stock or production limits

  • An approved order cancellation is made before production begins

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow processing time depending on your bank or payment provider.


๐Ÿšซ Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if the cancellation request is received before production begins.
Once an item enters production, we cannot cancel or modify the order.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages, as some products are fulfilled from different POD facilities.
